Hi, I’m Sylvia!

I am a former lawyer, experienced pastor, and now transformation coach.

I have devoted much of my life to helping people unlock their potential and live with deep purpose.

Yet, I also know the heavy weight of "spinning plates." As a wife and mother of two young children, I understand how easily your sense of self can be swallowed by roles, responsibilities and daily grind until your own voice becomes a distant whisper.

There, I encountered a radical spiritual renewal and profound healing that didn’t just “patch me up” - I was also healed from past wounds that I didn't even know I carried. I learned that our greatest pain often holds the keys to our greatest freedom.

This led to breakthroughs and renewal also in my own identity, faith, marriage,  motherhood, and calling.

From that healing and restoration, All Things New Coaching was born.
