Hi, I’m Sylvia!

I am a former lawyer, experienced pastor, and now transformation coach.

I have devoted much of my life to helping people unlock their potential and live with deep purpose.

Yet, I also know the heavy weight of "spinning plates." As a wife and mother of two young children, I understand how easily your sense of self can be swallowed by roles, responsibilities and daily grind until your own voice becomes a distant whisper.

My clients come from all walks of life— from full-time mums, to missionaries overseas, and to corporate professionals —yet they share a common ache. They are great at fulfilling their roles, but in the process, their true identity has been buried. I help them bridge that gap, moving from the person they feel they 'should' be to the person they actually are.

Beauty from the Ashes

My life took a profound turn when I faced the trauma of multiple miscarriages and the heartbreaking loss of my infant child. In that season, "surface fixes" were not enough.

I had to go deeper.

In that valley, I encountered a radical spiritual renewal and healing that didn’t just “patch me up” - they reshaped my entire identity and life calling. I learned that our greatest pain often holds the keys to our greatest freedom. From this journey of restoration, All Things New Coaching was born.
